SCARP, EDWARD C., Class of 1973, Mountain Top, on November 29. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Annunciation Parish, Church of St. Gabriel, 1225 Wyoming St., Hazleton. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Joseph B. Conahan Funeral Home Inc., 532 N. Vine St., Hazleton.
